Position: Project Manager

Context and Purpose of the Job

The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating the planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling of RioMed’s projects.  Duties include creating project plans, tracking progress, monitoring workplan execution, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager provides direct supervision to the Project Administrator in the execution of his/her duties.     

  • Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed within the timeline and quality parameters set out.  
  • Lend support to the Project Team Lead in creating and tracking the progress of project plans to ensure target number of sites are installed successfully.  
  • Engages in client meetings to obtain detailed information about their duties and processes and documenting these finding, in addition to making recommendations to the Project Team Lead and other managers.
  • Performs process improvement reviews for clients by documenting, analysing process flows for areas of deficiencies and assist in providing recommendations for improvement.  
  • Performs on-site client visits where necessary ensuring project adoption and client satisfaction.
  • Guiding change management and project management activities for clients.  
  • Establishes effective working relationships with the clients at all levels, including Government Ministries/Departments, Consultants, Contractors, and other agencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Project Management or related field with Project Management courses preferred.
  • Project Management certification in either PMP or Prince2 would be considered an asset.

Project Administrator Trinidad and Tobago

Position: Project Administrator

Location: Trinidad and Tobago

Reporting To: Projects Team Lead

Context and Purpose of the Job

The Project Administrator is required to assist in the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling of projects. Duties include tracking project progress, monitoring work plan execution and writing project related reports and other documentation and coordinating and scheduling of project meetings.

  • Provides a high level of assistance and support independently to clients in the administration of Cellma module exercises, including floor-walking exercises and reviews, as well as training for small groups.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings with relevant clients, take minutes and distribute accordingly, and follow up on all activities with attendees. Escalate when necessary to the associated Project Manager on non-response or non-compliance.
  • Develops and maintains working documentation, including Workflow and User Testing documents.
  • Develops and maintains the Company’s Logs, including Action Logs, Risk Registers and Client Decision Logs.
  • Ensures that project activities are properly and realistically scheduled, monitored, and completed within set deadlines.
  • Log and monitor project activities through its life cycle from planning, testing, tracking, and reporting on the Company’s Customer Resource Management software.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, whether remotely or within the office, to obtain detailed work plans for the week.
  • Submit upcoming client activity reports on a weekly basis to the associated Project Manager before deadline.
  • Establishes effective working relationships with the clients at all levels, including Government Ministries/Departments, Consultants, Contractors, and other agencies.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction through regular reporting, account reviews, and proactive check-ins. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, identify service improvement opportunities, and ensure timely resolution of client tickets while maintaining a strong knowledge of RioMed's products and services.

  • Manage ongoing client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
