Cellma Modules
Cellma's PAS module is a core module that manages all the procedures pertaining to the patient's registration, admission, discharge, and transfer transactions. It also includes the referral procedure to specialised consultants. PAS simplifies the centralised booking appointments process. In Cellma, appointments can be booked using the web portal or app. Reminders and confirmations are sent out automatically through texts/emails.
Document Management
Cellma's Document management module is integrated with Cellma's EPR module, which allows users to scan patient case notes, investigation results and other correspondence directly into the patient record. Once uploaded, these files can be stored in customisable categories, allowing efficient patient documentation record management. Private status can be applied to sensitive documents, limiting users' access.
Imaging/Radiology
Through Cellma's imaging management module, patient care providers can effectively manage all imaging requests, reports, and findings within their institution linked to their patient's records. Imaging requests via Cellma or other third-party systems are authenticated, processed, confirmed, and linked to the patient's records to avoid human error. Clinicians and patients receive alerts via text or email when tests are completed or results are abnormal.
Pathology/Lab
Through Cellma's pathology management module, patient care providers can effectively manage all pathology requests, reports, and findings within their institution linked to their patient's records. Cellma will integrate with your existing lab analysers or third-party technology for seamless information transfer. Manage the whole patient journey; link to stock control to monitor consumables used during testing, automatically place results into the patient record, and link to text communication to efficiently communicate test results to patients.
Ward and Bed Management
Cellma's Ward & Bed Management module offers accessible graphical interfaces to simplify ward administration within an organisation. It manages live ward capacity, staffing levels, live bed status, and scheduled and emergency admissions across the inpatient community. Cellma's Ward & Bed Management module can be delivered across both local and wide area networks to ease managing wards across the community.
Through Cellma's Theatre module, surgical teams can efficiently manage patients throughout the surgical pathway from emergency, trauma, and elective surgery to post-operative care. Referrals are organised within Cellma, arranging for the patient to be seen by the relevant surgeon in a pre-operative assessment clinic. Surgical teams can create tailored recovery plans from information gathered in surgery and communicate this to patients, carers, or GPs with a few easy steps.
E-Pharmacy
All modules in cellma are integrated within the application to give bi-directional connectivity. Cellma's Pharmacy Medicines Management & Electronic Prescribing/Medicines Administration are seamlessly integrated with each other to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency for all prescribed and dispensed items. Cellma's E-pharmacy & E-prescribing module is also integrated with the billing module to automatically record and generate patient-level costing.
Communications
Cellma strongly encourages patient participation through self-registration, feedback, and access to specific parts of their medical record. Cellma offers a unique function: it allows users to share information via text, email, or patient portal. These functions can be used to inform patients about test results, treatment options, and upcoming appointments. Every interaction and communication is automatically captured and stored in Cellma's medical record. In addition, Cellma has system interfaces that it can use to communicate with other systems.
Finance Billing & Insurance
The finance and appointment module in Cellma is completely connected, making it easy for users to access. As a result, patients will get automatic billing for each treatment episode and service provided at the department. Automatic reports are created whenever needed for local, national, or procurement requirements. With such granular data, you can see where resources can be managed more optimally – making cost savings that make a difference to your bottom line.
Supplies and Inventory
Cellma's Stock and Inventory module helps users track, record, view, and receive notifications and alerts on all the stock and inventory listed within the organisation. Cellma manages all stock movements within a health organisation across any geographical location, integrating with other systems using HL7, ODBC, JDBC and other messaging formats. 'Supplies module' ensures all stock movements are documented in Cellma, preventing 'stock loss' and automatically alerting users when low stock thresholds are reached.
Business Intelligence and Reporting
Cellma's Reporting module provides clinical, managerial and financial reports on all data stored within an organisation. All the data can be accessed in three easy-to-read formats, so searching through long spreadsheets is unnecessary. Our dynamic dashboards give you a snapshot of any specific key performance indicators, customisable to present only the data you need. Advanced patient search allows healthcare professionals to generate specialised reports in real-time and to live to assess patients at different points in their care journey. Finally, pre-defined reports can be set to meet statutory or research requirements that can be delivered automatically.
